Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Fanchea and brothers Dermot (New York) and Thomas (Warrenpoint). He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife Raisa, son Luke, daughter Judith, Luke’s partner Diana, Judith’s partner Paddy, his adored grandchildren Thomas and Conor, sisters Úna (Burns, Belfast), Pauline (Rowland, Canada) and Mary (O’Rourke, Belfast), Raisa’s family in Finland, who were so important in his life, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing in the Eternity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) from 3pm-9pm on both Friday, August 15th ad Saturday, August 16th. Removal on Sunday, August 17th to St. Patrick’s Cathedral (A91 T623), arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Private cremation will follow.
