Mary’s Months Mind, along with the 1st Anniversary for her brother Mark, sister-in-law Louise and godson Evan will be celebrated at Mass on Saturday, September 26th in 

St. Patrick’s Cathedral at 6pm. All very welcome.

It was a sudden parting,

Too bitter to forget,

Those who loved you dearly,

Are the ones who can’t forget.

We often sit and think of you,

And think of how you died,

To think you could not say goodbye,

Before you closed your eyes.

The blow was hard, the shock severe,

To part with one we loved so dear,

Our loss is great, we’ll not complain,

But trust in God to meet again.

Our family chain is broken,

Nothing seems the same,

But as God calls us one by one,

The links shall join again.

Mary will always be remembered by her mother Bernadette, brother Chris, sisters Anita, Caroline and Ruth, brothers-in-law Kevin, Barry and Tiernan, Chris’ partner Orla, her nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, her extended family and friends and her colleagues and students in St. Oliver’s Community College, Drogheda.
