look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us,

that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent but with great confidence,

submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is love and.mercy itself. Amen

Pat will always be remembered by her husband Martin, daughters and sons Michelle, June, Martin, Catriona and Stephen, sons and daughters- in-law, grandchildren John, Leanne, Abbey, Chloe, Conor, Erin, Christian, Caolán, Joseph, Sophia and Lilah, great-grandchildren Mason, Zach and Amelia, her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
