Stan’s Months Mind will be celebrated at Mass on Sunday, September 20th in 

St. Mary’s Church, Lordship at 10am. All very welcome. 

God’s Garden

God looked around His garden

and saw an empty space,

He then looked down upon earth

and saw your tired face.

He put His arms around you

and lifted you to rest,

God’s garden must be beautiful,

He only takes the best.

God knew you were in pain

and a cure was not to be,

So he closed your weary eyelids

and whispered come to me.

With tearful eyes we watched you

and saw you slip away,

Although we loved you dearly

we knew you could not stay.

It broke our hearts to lose you

but you did not go alone,

For part of us went with you

the day God called you home.

Stan will always be remembered by his wife Margaret, sons Gary and Matthew, stepchildren Bernadette, Yvonne, John, Kevin and Peter, his grandchildren Thomas, Laura, Lexi and Isla, James, Thomas, Ben, Clare, Seán, Teddy, Myles and Jessie, great-grandchildren Lucas, Jacob, Evie, Freddie, Xander and Willow, Finley, Sonny and Henry, his extended family circle, neighbours and friends.
