The death has occurred of Owen (Rudds) Rowley. Lennonstown Manor, Dundalk and formerly of Templeogue, Dublin on July 9th, 2026. Owen passed away peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff of St. Oliver’s Nursing Home, Dundalk, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Cyril and Maureen. Beloved husband of Catherine and cherished Dad of Elsa. Owen will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, brothers Shane and Dara, sister Paula, sisters-in-law Amy and Tanya and brother-in-law Stephen, his mother in-law Lilly and father-in-law Willy, nephews, nieces, extended family and dear friends.

May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace

Owen will repose in the Reflection Room of Quinn’s Funeral Home, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) on Friday, July 10th from 4pm-8pm. Removal on Saturday, July 11th to St. Joseph’s Redemptorist Church (A91WY98), arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Private cremation will take place on Monday, July 13th.
