Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Beloved husband of Barbara (née Woods), son of the late Kathleen and Paddy, brother of Verna, Katrine and the late John, much loved uncle of Conor, Caoimhe, Doireann, Jonathan, Orla, Gráinne, Seán, Mark, Ronan, Séamus, Sarah and Ruben and much adored granduncle of Margot, Dougie, Robin, Sylvie, Nancy, Oscar and Rían. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, sisters, nephews and nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces, brother-in-law and good friend Kieran, brothers-in-law Ken, Michael and Des, his beloved dog Kerry, extended family and friends.

Reposing in the Eternity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) on Thursday, June 25th from 4pm-8pm. Removal from his home on Friday, June 26th, at 11.30am, proceeding on foot to St. Patrick’s Cathedral (A91 T623), arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. After Mass, the cortège will continue, driving, via Cusken Castletown Road to St. Patrick’s Cemetery for burial (A91 F598).
