Peadar passed away on February 4th, 2026 in the dedicated care of the staff of Boyne Ward, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Agnes and Peter, brother Patrick (Pat) and sister-in-law Monica. He will be sadly missed by his niece Donna (White), nephew Ronnie, grandnieces Caoimhe, Sibéal, Niamh and Rachel, grandnephews Seán, Peter and David, his extended family and friends.

Reposing in the Eternity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) on Friday, February 6th from 6pm-8pm. Removal on Saturday, February 7th to the Church of Our Lady of the Wayside, Jenkinstown (A91 A583), arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery, Ravensdale.

The family would like to express their deepest and sincerest gratitude to the staff of Carlingford Nursing Home, especially Barbara, for their dedication and care of Peter over these last few years.
