Peacefully, at home, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Eileen (nee Clarke), parents Daniel and Mary, brother Danny and sisters Mary (Sloane) and Angela. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing son and daughter Bernard and Siobhán, son-in-law George, daughter-in-law Jessica, grandchildren Cillian, Ryan, George, Liam and Molly, his partner Anne, sisters and brothers Bridget (Owens), Pat, Micky, Rosie (Loye) and Malachy, sister-in-law Mairead, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Removal on Wednesday, May 8th, leaving Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Bridge Street, Dundalk at 6.30pm, proceeding via St. James’ Well to his daughter’s home to repose on Wednesday evening for family only please. Reposing at Siobhán’s home (Eircode A91 CH70) for public visitation from 2pm-10pm on Thursday, May 9th. Removal on Friday, May 10th at 10.30am, to the Church of Our Lady, Star of the Sea, Boher, (Eircode A91 NX57), arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
