Elizabeth (Lily) GARVEY (née Tisdall)

Ard Easmuinn, Dundalk, Louth / Dublin

 

Passed away peacefully, at home, on 20th July 2023. Lily, beloved wife of the late Owen and dear mother of Miriam, Paul, Lorraine and the late John, nanny of Michelle, Anne-Marie, Eoin, Cathal, Joshua, Molly, Michael, Jordan and Cormac, great Nana of Eibhlín and Meadhbh and sister of the late Seán and Billy. Lily will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters, son, sons-in-law Declan and Colin, daughters-in-law Michelle and Emilia, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home (Eircode A91 P8C4) on Sunday, July 23rd, from 2pm-5pm. Removal on Monday to the Church of the Holy Redeemer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Lily’s family would like to thank her carers in Irish Homecare, the staff at Cogaslann Pharmacy, the staff in the Louth Hospital, the staff in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, the staff in The Square Medical and ,particularly, her son-in -law Declan for their care and kindness shown to Lily throughout her life.
