Peacefully, in the care of the staff of St. Peter’s Nursing Home. Predeceased by his beloved wife Rose and parents Thomas and Mary. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing daughter Mary, son-in-law Derek McDonnell, granddaughter Ailbhe, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in the Eternity Room of Quinn’s Funeral Homes, Bridge Street, Dundalk (Eircode A91 KW52) from 3pm to 7pm on Saturday and from 3pm-7pm on Sunday. Removal on Monday via Cuchulainn Terrace to St. Nicholas’ Church, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
